Our Policies

Reservation Policy:

We try to utilize Pay Pal for our invoicing. This way we do not have credit card numbers of our clients on file. If you do not have a Pay Pal account it only takes about 2 minutes to set one up. Unless other arrangements are made we bill through Pay Pal for the entire reservation upon gauranteed booking.

All reservations are paid using USD.

Cancellation Policy:

If cancellation is made at least 6 weeks in advance of arrival date 50% of the deposit will be refunded.

If cancellation is made within 6 weeks of the arrival date deposit is non-refundable. Holiday dates are not refundable. We will however, make every effort to accommodate you at a later date. Special circumstances may be accommodated.

Other Information:

All expenses at the resort may only be paid using USD, Pesos or use your PAYPAL. Due to the remoteness of the resort, Credit Card services are not available however, we do have internet access on-site so PayPal is welcome at the resort. We are sorry for any inconvenience.
